We generally have a no refunds and no returns policy. The exception to this policy is event cancellation by The Freedom Companies; if this occurs, refunds of the purchase price will be submitted to the same payment form provided for the purchase.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days to allow processing time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you purchase a training course and cannot attend, we can exchange your session for a course at another date and time, and in some circumstances, we can provide a recording for you to view on demand. Please contact us at info@thefreedomcompanies.com for more information.
Terms of Service
TRAINING SERVICES ENTAIL: One 1.5 hour training session (date, time and topic determined by the parties) topic workbooks are provided for an additional fee of $10 per person, One 4 hour session or two 2 hour sessions for bootcamps (date, time and topic determined by the parties) topic workbooks are provided for an additional fee of $10 per person. COACHING SERVICES ENTAIL: One or Two coaching sessions per month in person or via Zoom (date, time and topic determined by the parties) and access to monthly training provided exclusively for coaching clients (as a group) pricing varies depending on the length and number of monthly sessions. TERM OF AGREEMENT: The terms or duration of Coaching, Group Coaching or Bundle Agreements will be for a minimum of 3 months (the “Initial 3-month Term”). After 3 months, the term or duration will become month-to-month (the “Supplemental Term”) and require 30 days notice of cancellation.
FEE: The fee for the specific training ,coaching, group coaching or bundle services stated above will be included in your written contract.
REFUND POLICY: The Freedom Companies has a strict no-refund policy; however, if date changes are required, the parties may agree upon new training/coaching dates. If you cannot attend a training session, a video may be available following the session for client to review at your convenience, and materials distributed during the session will be forwarded to you via email. If The Freedom Companies finds it necessary to cancel a training event, a refund will be provided to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days if the parties cannot agree upon a mutually agreeable date and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Freedom Companies has a strict no cancellation policy during the Initial 3-month Term. All customer cancellations during the Supplemental Term must be sent in writing to info@therfreedomcompanies.com.via email. The Freedom Companies reserves the right to cancel the subscription during the Initial 3-month Term due to uncollected payments, this includes, but is
not limited to declined payments and failure to update payment information; said termination will result in a cancellation fee of $500. The cancellation fee will become due on the day of the customer’s cancellation.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Any company liability for damages to the customer under any aspect of this Agreement will be limited to the money actually paid by the customer under this Agreement. In no event shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, as allowed under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW & CHOICE OF VENUE: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia in all respects, including matters of construction, validity, and performance. All legal actions arising out of or from this Agreement will be litigated only in local, state, or federal courts within Henrico County, the City of Richmond, and the State of Virginia.
BREACH OF CONTRACT: We reserve the right to send incomplete contracts to a third-party collection agency to attempt to obtain any uncollected debt. This includes, but is not limited to, declined accounts with failed attempts to update within 30 days of initial decline, declined early contract termination fees, and unwarranted chargebacks while under contract.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter above and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement with respect to such subject matter.
Subscription Terms of Service
THE TRAINING SERVICE ENTAILS: 1 monthly 1.5 hour in person training held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (although the date is subject change due to scheduling conflicts)in Richmond, VA topic workbooks, training documents and tools as well as video link to past training presentation. OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING SUBSCRIPTION: To support the subscriber with business systems and tools designed to address current market conditions and provide the means to increase production.
TERM OF AGREEMENT: The term or duration of this Agreement will be for a minimum of 12 months (the “Initial 12-month Term”). After 12 months, the term or duration will become month-to-month (the “Supplemental Term”) and require 30 days notice of cancellation.
FEE: The fee for the specific training stated above will be $39 monthly.
